The Story

Gemini Astro Gal
The title: Jumelles Printanières
(Springtime twins - in French)

As a fashion designer, I rarely got the opportunity to illustrate fashion or design gowns...this was my chance to indulge!

To illustrate the Gemini Gal, I focused on the sunny and wonderfully casual feel of high spring. It is symbolized by their golden hair hues, crisp paid, elevated denim gowns, adorned with vines, and vivid florals. They all represent the twin sign's outgoing and sociable personalities.
The pearl is one of Gemini's birthstones - Hence, the pearl necklaces!

Care Instructions

This Hanging Tapestry is washable!
Dry cleaning is always recommended for silk but you can also hand wash it with a mild detergent and lay flat or hang to dry.

Never use chlorine bleach; this would damage the fibers.

Use iron on silk setting (low heat).

As per all artwork, never hand in direct sunlight

To amplify color fastness (colors not fading) you can first do a wash in cold water with 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of salt.
