Where do you ship?

Since our website is currently in soft launch mode, we only ship to Canada and the U.S.A. Stay tuned as we'll be adding more destinations!

 

How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on your order and location. We don’t do flat rates: you pay for shipping in “real-time” meaning you are charged for the exact shipping rates from our location to yours. You can verify your shipping rate by adding what you like to the cart and proceed to checkout with your info (you will see the final shipping price before you finalize your order).

Shipping is free on orders over $149.99 cad (for the U.S., this comes out to 125$ usd)

Of course, no shipping will be charged when you purchase a gift card.

 

When can I expect my order?

For all silk items, your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).

Please note: processing time for art prints is a bit longer since reproductions are printed on a per-order base. You can expect up to 6 business days for the order to be dispatched.

=> Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post with the following options at check out:

  • Standard - Take between 3 to 9 business days to arrive depending on your location
  • Expedited Parcel – 2 to 8 business days
  • Xpresspost  – 2 to 3 days for delivery (up to 4 days for BC)
  • Express - 1 to 2 business days
  • Priority – 2 to 4 business days
  • Free local pick up in the Montreal area (if you're too far, you won't even see this option)

 => U.S orders are also shipped via Canada Post with the following options at check out:

  • Standard international  - 4 to 8  business days
  • Express international - 2 to 3 business days

 

Can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

You can track it here via the Canada Post tracking system.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can but timing is crucial. If you need to change your order, you’ll have 12 hours from your time of purchase to do so.

 

Do you offer (free) local pickup?

Local Pickup is available for the Montreal Metro area ONLY. If you are outside this zone, the option won't be available or visible to you at checkout.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up location is in NDG (H4B 1P3). We will correspond by email to establish a mutual time, date, and exact location.

If you are outside the Mtl area and still want to pickup your item, please contact us here before proceeding with your order, so we can make arrangements.

 

How does pre-order work?

When a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product is in production and not yet in stock but nonetheless available for purchase.  Each pre-order item has a shipping date indicated at the bottom of the add-to-cart page (under the description) so make sure you check it out prior to purchase. Please be aware that pre-order dates can sometimes be approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the shipping date changes.
